With over 30 years international experience in the property industry, George is one of the region’s most experienced Retail, Dining and Entertainment authorities. Having worked on some of the most diverse and iconic developments in the Middle East and Australia, George has a distinct portfolio of developments including an Entertainment City, Olympic Village, Casinos, Hospitality, Residential, Commercial as well all forms of retail development from Super Regional Malls to Retail Asset Refurbishments.

George’s 11 years in the Middle East, combined with his Development and Project Management experience affords him a comprehensive view of property assets. George takes ownership in steering the development process with particular consideration of the corporate and investor strategy, research, market knowledge, cultural awareness, and innovative opportunities. Utilising his considerable experience and intuition he produces the best possible customer engagement accelerating asset success.

Having recently worked on a Giga Project start-up in KSA, George understands the processes and complications associated with successfully establishing and operating a company through process guidelines and strict reporting / approval obligations to meet Client and Board objectives. George’s experience in guiding projects through demanding time frames inline with strict budgets to achieve above projected returns are a mark of his success in the industry.
