With more than 20 years’ in architecture, Cristiano has a comprehensive and thorough understanding of design. His extensive international experience encompasses a wide range of sectors, including retail, workplace, lifestyle environments and large-scale, mixed-use schemes.
Cristiano delivered several mixed-use and retail projects in Asia before moving to the Middle East 6 years ago to formulate the development design principles, guidelines and standards required to successfully deliver retail led mixed use developments. These have covered everything from super regional, regional and community shopping malls to outdoor retail, dining and entertainment precincts.
Cristiano’s in-depth knowledge of design, branding, and construction allows him to build effective relationships with the wide variety of stakeholders required to create successful international retail environments. As a result, Cristiano has led project teams with both retailers and retail developers, which has shaped his unique understanding of the critical needs and decision-drivers for both categories of business.
